Delivery/Installation
- Delivery lead time 6-8 weeks. Once an order is placed we will be in contact to let you know when we expect your order to be delivered. You will be kept fully updated on the progress and a delivery date will be confirmed close to the time.
- Delivery is included for deliveries to addresses within mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly). Deliveries outside of this region may incur additional charges. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any queries. If additional delivery fees apply for your area we shall contact you to arrange payment.
- Kerbside parking for a large van within 20m of delivery location is required.
- Clear access is required (e.g no obstructions, steps, steep slopes, narrow pathways/gates).
- Level base suitable for the size of the equipment is required.
- Upon installation and acceptance, we request a signature on a satisfaction note to be handed to our installers.
- Please note that these items are hand-built to order so cancellation charges will apply.
